The lives of two men – a young white lawyer and a black insurance salesman – collide when the they are involved in a minor car accident. Road Rage escalates to revenge, as more is revealed about their lives and motivations.
A solid, well-built storyline with good direction and good performances from leads Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Affleck. Also starring the great American director and actor, Sydney Pollack.
Themes of racism, morality and justice.
Though well received by critics and audiences alike, the film has somehow sunken into obscurity. Prominent critic Roger Ebert praised the movie, calling it one of the year’s best.
